What is Cloud API?

The Cloud API is Meta's hosted version of the WhatsApp Business API — Meta runs the infrastructure, so no on-premise servers are needed.

It replaced the old On-Premises API (deprecated) and is the standard, safest way to run WhatsApp at scale today. WA Pixel is built exclusively on the Cloud API.
