Your data, your call
WA Pixel (by EqualPixels) processes WhatsApp conversations on behalf of the businesses you message. You can have that data deleted at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email info@equalpixels.ae from any address, telling us the WhatsApp number to erase, or
- Reply DELETE MY DATA in your WhatsApp conversation with the business, or
- Use Facebook's app settings — removal requests made there reach us automatically and you'll receive a confirmation code linking back to this page.
We erase your contact record, conversation history, form submissions and any tags or notes within 30 days, and confirm once done.
Automatic 90-day retention
Even without a request, message content, delivery logs and form responses are automatically deleted 90 days after they were received. Businesses keep only aggregate statistics (delivery counts, outcomes) beyond that window.
What we keep, and why
Opt-out records (so a business can never message you again after you say STOP) and invoices required by law are retained. Everything else tied to your number is removed. Details in our privacy policy.
